We do prefer appointments but they are not required! Appointments can be made by booking online, by email, or by phone. Booking an appointment ahead of time with details of what you like best from our inventory will help us to be more efficient in helping you when you arrive. However, we do allow walk-ins at our shop!
We currently carry sample sizes from 6 to 30! Our "off the rack" sales will be more limited but should fall within that range.
Our prices will average between $800-2400 for new dresses. Discounted inventory or off the rack stock can be as low as $50.
Yes! We have a few alteration specialists that we work closely with. Feel free to reach out to get their information from us.
Unfortunately, the dresses can not be returned once you've purchased them. This goes for our discounted inventory as well as our new arrivals.
It depends - if they are in stock with our designers, it can be as little as 3 weeks. If it is a brand new order or a customized order then it could take up to four months.
